I love the color choice for her shoes, the red contrasts well with the green surrounding here, though I think one could enhance the green a little and it would look even better.
The concept is interesting, and while not unique, I like the way it has been realized. The cage is really gorgeous, as is her pose, except for the arm in the background, I think it looks rather weird, and just holding the legs up might have worked better.
I think the composition is okay, I don't like the the door has been cut off, and maybe it would have looked even better zoomed out, having the whole thing landscape and just a lot of negative space on the right side, just green.
I would have also loved if the cage was moved just a little to the right, so the leaves wouldn't be just in front of her face.

I never feel comfortable critiquing works of photography as I know absolutely NOTHING about the technical aspects of the art and can offer no advice whatsoever on how to improve an already good photograph.

I can, however, judge fairly well those elements which are common to all visual arts and this particular photograph is particularly memorable because of those elements.

The first, concept is the most obvious. I absolutely LOVE the realization of this concept of a girl in a gilded cage as it speaks directly against those insecure people who feel the need to entrap a beautiful woman "for her own good." Whether it's an overprotective father or a jealous lover, it's most often men who imprison women in this manner, and while they inevitably convince themselves that they do it out of love, it is most often out of their own insecurities that they do it. It's a self-centered belief and the woman can only suffer from this kind of treatment.

The composition is also splendid and the natural setting suggests that even in wide-open spaces such a woman is never truly free. The slight tilt of the cage might possibly point to the likely struggle against her limits, while the open cage door indicates that the insecurities forced upon her make her apprehensive about encountering the imagined dangers in the outside world.

Lastly, the model is absolutely beautiful (and has GREAT legs) goes along perfectly with the notion of a beauty which must be caged by an insecure lover. Her alluring posture points to her likely function as a sexual plaything which is often the reason which leads to captivity as well as the insecurities suffered by her captor.

In all this is a wonderful photograph. The concept, the composition the use of color and the beautiful model all work to make this one of my favorite photos of all!
